By selling or sending your device(s) to Cell4Pets.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or an authorized representative of a business to sell a device to us. By submitting a device, you represent that you are the rightful owner or have full authority to sell it.
2. Device Ownership and Legitimacy
All devices sent to Cell4Pets must be owned by you, free of any liens or third-party claims.
• Devices must not be reported lost or stolen.
• Devices under active carrier financing or iCloud/Google lock cannot be accepted.
• We verify all IMEI/serial numbers. If a device is found to be lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and will not issue payment.
3. Device Condition and Valuation
Quoted prices on Cell4Pets.com are based on the condition and specifications you provide during the online submission.
Upon inspection, if the device’s actual condition differs, Cell4Pets reserves the right to revise the offer.
• If you accept the revised offer, payment will be issued promptly.
• If you decline, we will return the device at no cost (within the U.S.).
4. Device Submission and Risk
You are responsible for securely packaging your device for shipment. We recommend using the prepaid shipping label provided by Cell4Pets.
We are not responsible for damage or loss during transit if you choose to use your own shipping method.
5. Data Removal
Before sending in your device, you must remove all personal data and perform a factory reset.
Cell4Pets is not responsible for any personal data left on a device once received.
6. Payment
Payment will be made via the method you select during checkout—PayPal or mailed check—after your device has been inspected and accepted.
Payments are typically issued within 2–3 business days after final approval.
7. Returns
If you reject a revised offer, your device will be shipped back to you within 5 business days, using a standard tracked service.
Devices deemed ineligible or mis-represented including but not limited to blacklisted, counterfeit, or activation locked will only be returned if return shipping is paid for by the customer. See our FAQ’s
8. Business Sellers
Businesses selling in bulk must certify that all devices were legally obtained and are free of contractual obligations. Additional verification may be required for large-volume transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cell4Pets is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or shipment of your device, including lost data or delays in payment or return.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
Cell4Pets may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
